I have dibetes in my family history, and my instilien is high after eating a meal then getting my blood drown 2 hours later. They want me to do carb counting but i get overly stressed out and want to hurt somebody. any help? even someone i can email would be nice to have that knows what i am going threw.

    I had low blood sugar before flipping to diabetes. Portion control is important, but not necessarily “carb counting”.

    Check out the library link at for books with diets for control of blood sugar. Also check out the yeast link, cause blood sugar imbalances may be a sign of that problem too (I have it, and it may be a cause of my diabetes.)
